Return Policy
At Culstrokes, each product is custom-made just for you. While we strive to ensure the highest quality, we understand that issues can arise. Our return policy is as follows:

• Custom-Made Products:
  
  • Due to the personalized nature of our items, returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
    
  • This exemption complies with EU consumer laws for custom-made products.
• Defective or Damaged Items:
  
  • If your product arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
    
  • To initiate a return for defective items:

      2. Once approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.

• Return Costs:
  If a return is authorized due to defects, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
  For other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! Here’s how exchanges work:

• Custom-Made Products:
  
  • Exchanges for size, color, or design changes are not possible due to the personalized nature of our products.
• Defective or Damaged Items:
  •  If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’ll replace it free of charge.
  • Follow the return process outlined above to initiate an exchange.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we allow cancellations under certain conditions:

• Before Production:
  
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.
    
  • To cancel, email us at culstrokes@gmail.com with your order number.
• After Production:
  
  • Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom-made nature of our products.
• Refund Process:
  Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.
• Additional Notes for EU Buyers
  Under EU consumer laws:
  
  • Custom-Made Products Exemption: Products made to order are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. This applies to all items in our store.
    
  • We are committed to complying with applicable laws and ensuring customer satisfaction.
